One my life goals was to meet Oprah Winfrey. I am a founding member of the OWN Ambassadors and we support OWN TV. This past October (2012) Oprah invited us to California to have a private lunch. She personally hugged us, called us "Carriers of Light" and thanked us for the work we do in our communities and for the support we provide to OWN TV. This was by far one of the best days of my life! DREAMBIG and MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

The definition of a mentor is a trusted counselor or guide, the mentor is more experienced than the mentee, and freely shares that experience with the mentee.
We take pride working with individuals in the community and mentoring them through guidance and insight. We are a leader in our community who facilitates a learning process clarifying and carrying out personal goals.

Personal Renewal Group
In addition we facilitate Mom’s Groups based on "The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal", we offer my services individually, in groups or to organizations. Our service also provides personal coaching to Individuals and/or Families as well.
The group empowers, supports and inspires women and their families to define and create the lives they desire, experience greater life balance and enhance overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Often us Mom's get lost along the way, life gets ahead of us, and we lose who we once were. With the support from a Certified Life Balance Coach, and a group of like minded women we support and encourage each other throughout our journey. The groups are empowering workshops where it allows individuals to reconnect with who they are. This can be done in a 6 month workshop meeting bi-weekly, or a 12 month workshop meeting monthly.
Each month there will be a new theme where we discuss, journal, and reflect. It is a fantastic community of like-minded people who set time aside to do something for themselves. The program is based on "The Mother's Guide to Self Renewal, How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life" by Nationally recognized Career and Life Balance Coach/Author Renee Trudeau. Each member that joins will receive a copy.

Oct 2012 - Just returned back from California where I had the time of my life. I attended the OYOU 2012 Conference, where I connected with some of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. The Founding OWN Ambassadors were blessed to have a private dinner with Oprah Winfrey. We were recognized and called the "Carriers Of Light" from Oprah for the OWN Network.

June 2012 - I was recently invited to be an OWN Ambassador. OWN Ambassadors are the Ultimate Viewers of the Oprah Winfrey Network @OWNTV/@OWNCanada. We're growing OWN together through participation and viewership.
April 2012 - I participated in Toronto's Lifeclass with Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra, Iyanla Vanzant, Bishop T.D. Jakes, and Tony Robbins, our seats were amazing, and lots of lessons learned
